I received horrible service 10/28 at 4:10pm. Be very careful getting guidance from this office. I needed a certified mail receipt for a letter in which I needed confirmation of its delivery. The clerk told me the express envelope I was buying had a receipt of delivery so I didn't need the certified label I had already filled out and given her. Turns out that was a huge lie and the company I was trying to cancel a contract with can now deny they ever received it, since I only have a confirmation of delivery. This office should at the very least train their employees. I hate leaving negative comments about public servants but she really screwed me.

It’s a waste of time trying to connect with this office. Best hope your package/mail doesn’t get assigned to them. I was trying to call the office for over an hour never picked up their phone!

Worst post office ever had 3 packages say they were delivered and they are no where to be found. I’ve tried calling several times to see what’s going on, to wait 20 minutes for a machine to tell me “no one can answer goodbye”. Also I should add that I live in an apartment complex that has package lockers so it really baffles me as to how this is an issue.

I got all my work done here, generally USPS workers are known for their attitude, but I didn't feel anything like that here

I came to this post office on 9/26/25 at 12:46 pm to send a package home that could not fit in my luggage. Syreeta helped me with this package. I noticed before payment that a $96 fee + tax for a total of $106 was applied. I asked Syreeta about this fee and I was told that it was the weight of my package. When I received my receipt, I noticed that the $106 fee was a PO box renewal fee. I showed Syreeta my receipt and she apologized that the fee was the previous person. She took my receipt to the supervisor to refund me. Syreeta came back stating that supervisor couldn't refund me. She asked for my name and number so she could call accounting then would give me a call. I told her that I'm from out of town as well. Syreeta called me at 5:08 pm to tell me that accounting couldn't help with the refund as well. She told me to come back to the post office which closed at 6pm or come next day when the post office opened at 930 am to get a money order or cash it there. I came back to post office the next day at 930 am and Syreeta was not there. Another employee told me that she couldn't help me and I need to come back on Monday when Syreeta was there because she had my refund. I asked the employee for a manager and I was told she was the only person there.
