I have been trying for months to be in contact with people so our postal delivery service would STOP driving in my driveway and tearing up the front of my home, after going three many managers with empty promises we got in contact with a Sarah M Washington. At first she seemed concerned and reassured it would stop and no longer being and issue. After doing what she advised and called again, showing video footage I asked her when this would stop because I’ve been getting the run around for months. Long story short she went full Karen with major attitude and when I asked her to calm down because I was asking a simple question she snapped and said “she’d work on it” clearly it’ll continue to have more empty promises, and apparently the postal workers can just drive into your driveway, destroy your property and “management “ can’t have control of their employees

My issue with this post office has been going on for quite some time. They have a driver in particular that does not like to deliver to our mailbox. I continually get messages in my mailbox from her that there is something obstructing the mailbox, and she refuses to get out of her truck to deliver the mail. This is the laziest worthless excuse for a mail driver I have ever seen.

Its always "attempted delivery " but never once get a knock on the door or a slip. This location needs to be shut down.
