Put in the request for new lock and key on 11/29 only to find out on 12/16, over the phone, that it was never filed. I was told over the phone that it would get done that day or the next. Could this get rectified then? No, I had to come in to do it in-person and am then told wait a week. Called on 12/19 after a 15 min where I was forgotten, then another 10 min hold, told to wait another week. Incompetent, lie to you, rude (put on hold and forgotten)-stay far far away from this location. I would if there was any other option for this service.

Said my address wasn’t accessible. Never had a problem until this week. How was it not accessible? There is no gate, no gate code. Just an apartment complex. Lazy driver is what I’m assuming. First time in months I have am had any issue with this. Do better. Fire the lazy people.

This is my least favorite USPS location on Planet Earth. I have to go to this one because they closed the Thornton one. It is a very long walk to get here from my house and if I'm not walking, it's better because the bus is simpler to get here. I don't drive, so I either can take the bus or walk and that's all I have. I gave him an extra star that they probably don't need because when you actually go inside of the USPS location and talk to the people there, they're usually very helpful. But I'm tempted to take the star off because even though they're helpful, there's sometimes completely wrong. When I first moved to Colorado, I had to change my address and the guy behind the counter told me I had to wait for it to process at the Denver location first. That was true but what he said next wasn't, and that next thing was that I had to bring my ID and have him scan a barcode that comes in the mail. So I was under the impression that I had to walk another 1.4 miles just to get that barcode scanned. So... I did. You know what he tells me when I get there? "Yeah, no we don't have to scan it, you're all good"... Meaning this USPS location literally wasted my time and told me something that was completely not the case. And I had to walk all of those miles just to have him say you don't have to do that. What a load of bull. Please reopen the Thornton location again.

I haven’t received mail going over 2 weeks. We were told to do a PO Box, due to my darn dog getting out and until we get a better fence, which I understood completely. the new mail carrier for my neighborhood seems to always have a complaint which before having him we always got along with the mail carriers over 7yrs. I go into the post office to get my mail and going over 2 weeks my post office box is empty and they tell me I have no mail. As crazy as it is I think they are withholding my mail which is illegal
