We were told to do a PO Box, due to my darn dog getting out and until we get a better fence, which I understood completely. the new mail carrier for my neighborhood seems to always have a complaint which before having him we always got along with the mail carriers over 7yrs. I go into the post office to get my mail and going over 2 weeks my post office box is empty and they tell me I have no mail. As crazy as it is I think they are withholding my mail which is illegal

I went to a different place because I just moved and then they send me to this one which is the one for my zip code when I got there it was 4:55 both employees where still there on their positions and one last customer came out from this place just exactly when we were opening door to get to employees and they denied service on me saying they were already closed I drove for more then 50min to get here because I needed to pick up an important envelope and all sarcastic one of the employees just said see you tomorrow and kept repeating they were closed still picking up there stuff from desk clearly they could have helped me decided not to do so.
