Also, people near the end of the line were walking up to the door to the back office in the lobby and asking for help while others were waiting in the regular line. This should not be allowed. Don't service people at that door when there are people waiting in the long line.

We have never had any employee be nothing but very pleasant and helpful. They greet you and if not too busy, a little visit. They also help us with documents that we are not sure what to do with them. So, great work and thank you all.
