    Imagine what a post office in hell would be like. This is not as bad as that, more like a post office in the bardo. This is definitely not the good place. No matter what time of day you show up, prepare to wait at least 15 of the longest minutes of your life for the four customers that are always in line.

    The delivery ppl are lazy so they just put your package anywhere but in a safe spot. As early in the week one of mine packages got stolen! Why because the delivery person just put the package right by mail box on a busy road and side walk. Instead of putting it by the door it was supposed to be at. Instead of taking accountability lol they have done nothing so much for making a report what’s the point if nothing is going to be done useless lazy. I can see why it only has a 2 star rating. Do better

    You guys allowed for my package to be lost and or stolen by setting a bulky package in or around a mailbox. Over 10 years I've lived here and typically the past man sets packages at the door like a smart human being. Last few packages I watch them on my ring camera not a care in the world and just set the package wherever it best convenience for them. (If package is even delivered) I have no ring footage of this said package ever even delivered. I never recieved this package and it's because of this post office. The 2 star rating this place has is very generous. You guys allowed my package to disappear and I lost money. Complete waste of American tax dollars and this place should be investigated by the local news stations for its absolute abysmal display of ability to deliver packages sufficiently. They did absolutely nothing. Created a case, maybe took a look around and called it a day. All I can do is not order and receive packages through usps. I'll use better mail carriers to deliver my packages from here on out I'll definitely think twice before using your services.

    Okay caveating this review with all the in person customer service agents are amazing, helpful and friendly. Now. ..for over 2 years now we never get mail delivery properly. The carriers come to our neighborhood at night, use flashlights to try to see and our mail ..at least 2 tp 3 pieces and packages even though we have informed delivery are misdelivered. And some we never get back despite filing missing piece requests. The misdelivery rate is likely 50% or more. This is unacceptable. I am sad to say it never improves. No one cares and this is why I wish the USPS would get outsourced. I am a government employee of 27 years and military and sad to say, this customer service organization is not even meeting average expectations. Please work w your carriers and have them come during daylight to do deliveries because it is not acceptable to have this much misdelivered mail and packages.
