She started mocking me and saying I knew everything and she didn’t. She even asked me to leave the facility since I know what I needed to do and she didn’t. Then she got escalated and started slamming my label and box against her desk and I decided to ask her to just return my documents so I could leave. Worst and most disrespectful experience ever!
