I tried no less than 20 times to try to get through their phone menu to try to tell them that but it's like a labyrinth created to torture people and wasn't able to get through. Now they keep flipping over the card in MY mailbox to 'Vacant' and I have to keep flipping it back over. The real kicker to all this is that they have NO trouble delivering mail to the mailbox next to mine who NEVER locks their damn box and has their mail in the open ready to take. It also pisses me off because I have gone to rallies for USPS because for years the feds have tried to defund them and privatize. Good to know if you support them they still screw you over.
