We recently came here to submit our son’s first passport and if you’ve ever dealt with passport applications, you know it’s usually not a fun errand. It’s stressful, hard to book appointments, and generally a dreaded task lol When we arrived and saw a line, I was already bracing myself. But Ernest completely changed the experience. He was incredibly kind, fast, and efficient. He had great energy and somehow turned what could have been a frustrating task into something joyful. We even shared laughs… at a post office… submitting a passport application! My husband and I left smiling and talking about how the world needs more people like Ernest. he is exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter in customer service. Five stars all the way.

They close this location at 5:45-5:50. I have come here on 3 separate occasions and the doors are locked. UPDATE YOUR TIMES AND STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME. Some of us have jobs and can’t get here earlier than this so it’s really frustrating to go out of the way for the place to be closed and locked. Also a girl outside said that they turned the lights off on her at 5:43 and told her it was closed. There was 4 people outside this time and guess what you probably lost all these customers ! I’m going somewhere else. Update your times if you close earlier! So ducking annoying

Supposed to take 15 minutes for an appointment, was standing in there for over 30 and couldn’t even get the passport staff to acknowledge me

Please DONT use USPS ever again!! The worst service!! They lost or stole part of my package. The box got opened somehow ( im guessing the tape fell off) & instead of fixing it No they lost part of the stuff inside the box So my son received 2 things out of 10 that were inside the box. They charged me exactly what UPS could charge and I know that UPS would Never do this BS.

January 26, 11:50 am I went and the cashier to my surprise was helpful , smiling, kind, when I ask if I can have a little bit of piece of tape for my letter she make sure my letter was seal. I ask to weight it and see if 1 stamp was for my two pages. She weight it and told me weight was good. I had to say in others places people just grab your letter look at you like you bother them when you ask questions and makes you not want to go to them. Instead just go to the blue mail boxes to avoid angry or rude people at the counter. However, she restore faith on customer service can be polite and kind. Instead of cold shoulder and bother faces. People don’t have to smile is ok just they wait the talk to you or look at you like you there to make their day impossible is sad cuz I don’t want their day to be impossible. I glad they hiring a polite helpful person.
