Four months ago I requested a mailbox key replacement. After a month and a half with no response, I was told a technician would replace the lock, which was done and the issue was resolved. Last week, I unexpectedly received a call saying my key was ready. It turned out USPS had replaced my mailbox lock again, without notifying me or confirming it was needed. I am currently out of the country and now have no access to my mailbox. Very poor communication and completely unnecessary handling of the situation.

I have to visit this post office location many times during the week, as the mailboxes where I live are broken into regularly. While I was in there today, I noticed something that really bothered me. One of the postal workers was nonchalantly throwing the packages into the different bins. NOT placing them in it but throwing, and a couple even hit the floor, and there was not a care in the world. I, for one, don't want to get damaged goods, let alone the fact that I mail multiple packages a week, as I own a thrift store that mails packages out all the time. This is my livelihood if things are getting to my customers broken, and what about the families that get their stuff broken? This is NOT OK....there are cameras everywhere, so if you want to look, go for it between 1:30 pm and 2 pm, but y'all will probably have the excuse that the cameras were broken. is the common theme these days. Y'all need to fix this issue because I promise that if my customers get broken items, I am not gonna be happy at all and will probably get lawyers involved

What a bunch of crap. It says inside in SEVERAL places that self serve and PO Boxes are 24 hours, yet the doors are locked…so ? And then the drive through mail boxes are gone too!

Would not provide postage estimate until I purchased tape and tapped on the label that was in my hand. Postage was too much. Wasted time and money.
