This is an amazing post office! I don’t know why it has such low reviews. I usually dread the post office but this one is so efficient and everyone is friendly! I never wait in line. Amazing service!

I needed help with a package intercept, because it was sent to the wrong address. They made no attempt to help me, didn’t look at the tracking number, and told me to just steal the package off the porch of the wrong address. Not saying all post offices are bad, but this is easily one of the worst in Denver.
Update: I drove a few miles to a different post office in Englewood. They were EXTREMELY helpful. Told me everything Buchtel said was wrong. Wrote down my tracking number and told me what to do. Acknowledged that telling me to steal the package back is likely to get me shot. Englewood just reaffirmed everything I said. This is the worst post office in Denver.

Absolutely abysmal service. They people in this office simply do not care about helping when a package goes undelivered and is out there lost in the wind with system. You’ll receive lip service and no action even after following up. I probably speak for the whole USPS, but The laziness in this government entity is going to come back and bite them

I see that Annette already has reviews and that's why I'm here too! Just when it feels like the world has gotten less connected and less caring, there's Annette :) First, I've been going to this office since I was a kid and it's great--has everything you need, but a small and friendly feel. Recently I took my daughter in to renew her passport and we were helped by Annette, who was review-writingly amazing! She's knowledgeable and helpful in all of the ways you'd need someone to be, but she noticeably goes above and beyond with her care--even really caring about how the photo looked and re-taking it (3 times!) to get one that she and my daughter liked. Thank you so much Annette!!
