These people do not know how to ship internationally. They put the wrong shipping labels on the packages, sending them to different places. Even though I had the addresses clearly shown for USPS staff. Now it’s my problem. No accountability. Useless staff. Rude manager.

A year ago I reported a letter from Poland missing (which was displayed as coming to my mailbox on Informed Delivery). About 2 months later they found it. I know from someone working for the post office that letters are on the floor or outside on the ground on a regular basis and the employees are too lazy to pick them up!! Now I have the same situation with a letter from Germany and was told they can't do anything without a tracking number. Which regular letter has a tracking number? And it already got scanned at the main post office in Commerce City!
