A year ago I reported a letter from Poland missing (which was displayed as coming to my mailbox on Informed Delivery). About 2 months later they found it. I know from someone working for the post office that letters are on the floor or outside on the ground on a regular basis and the employees are too lazy to pick them up!! Now I have the same situation with a letter from Germany and was told they can't do anything without a tracking number. Which regular letter has a tracking number? And it already got scanned at the main post office in Commerce City!

They said it’s not there and my driver has it out for delivery. Driver said he doesn’t have it either. Can’t get through to speak to anyone. Terrible customer service
