Disgraceful workers blasting inappropriate podcasts and berating customers, joking loudly about not following appropriate USPS procedures. They must not be able to hire anybody competent.

Absolutely the worst. Automated system does not work. It leaves no option to speak to anyone. Horrible customer service. You don't deserve the one star but there is no option there either.

I am very disappointed with the USPS delivery service in my area. I was expecting a priority package that required a signature, and I stayed home all day with the door open so I wouldn’t miss the delivery. Instead of knocking on my door or ringing the bell, the carrier never even came to my house. They just left a “missed delivery” notice in my mailbox across the street, even though I was clearly home and available. This isn’t the first time this has happened — it’s a repeated issue. Every time, I end up having to drive to the post office the next day just to pick up my own package, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for priority delivery. This kind of service is unacceptable. USPS needs to hold their delivery drivers accountable and ensure they actually attempt deliveries instead of taking shortcuts. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Myself and the 3 other people in line ahead of me were all told they "couldnt find" our packages. They had us just write our names and phone numbers down on pieces of paper. 4 people in a row? Really? You "cant find" four consecutive customers mail? Ghetto and disorganized.
