  This place is trash. They tried to sell me tap because I want to seal my box. So, I had to go home and seal up my box since they can’t give me tap.

  I was having an issue receiving my checks, that almost bankrupted my business. We had to do an investigation, and in that process the manager confided that she was having this issue with other businesses as well. Her solution was for me to start picking up my mail and since then, I have had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my mail once a week. Today I go to pick it up, like I always do and the guy starts tripping out on me. He got a major additive that he's done holding my mail, i can pay for this service, etc. There was no reason to come at me like that. This isn't my fault, I wasn't the one who wanted this, I just wanted to get my mail. He was rude for no reason, I guess having to walk back and pick up the envelopes and then hand them to me was too much work for him that he was so stressed that he had to lash out. Even then, he could have addressed it nicely. No reason to be hateful.

  I took a damage claim in for inspection and was turned away and told to go online. I came back with the letter from the post office that clearly stated to bring the package in person for inspection. Someone claiming to be a manager scanned the packaged and typed something into the computer and said she noted visible damage. My claim was denied on the grounds that I didn’t submit the package for inspection. I filed two appeals and both were denied. I filed a complaint with USPS, and someone from the location left me a nasty voicemail saying she’d told me I had to go online. It was a $150-valued package that I paid to insure. I fought for a year, all because they flat out lied. Also, I agree with what people are saying about the open hours and accessing the PO Boxes. I rented one on the premise the lobby would be accessible to get my mail and, within a few months, they changed that to be only open when the service desk is open. And, often it’ll be the posted open hours and the doors are locked. It’s awful. I can’t wait until my contract is up and I can just never see these people again.

  This is a strange little post office. Mostly I go here to check a post office box so that's pretty straight forward. The inside facility is never very busy. Which makes it a great location right before the holiday, compared to most. However, they have also been closed inside at least 2 times in recent memory, which sucks. So it's hit and miss.

  Impossible to reach on phone. Postmaster at this location should be replaced. Excuse is: no one shows up for work. Fire them and get some reliable Veteran employees
