- FNFennel NylundJun 4, 20251.0viciously incompetent staff who can't pay attention to anything like if the phone is ringing, packages being requested to be held for pickup, or doing literally anything in line with what their jobs are supposed to be. my EBT card is in limbo because of these troglodytes- they keep trying to ship it out for redelivery when ive requested them to just leave it for pickup, im not home when they try to deliver because i have to work, they won't just leave it in my mailbox because i have to sign for it. even when they have my request for pickup in their system they keep trying to redeliver like idiots. when i try to call to check if they paid attention to their own system and left my card at this location so i can pick it up, they don't answer. QUIT PLAYING MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE WITH THE PEOPLE YOU SERVE AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY.

Which makes it a great location right before the holiday, compared to most. However, they have also been closed inside at least 2 times in recent memory, which sucks. So it's hit and miss.
