    Absolutely terrible experience. I came in with my service dog, clearly identified and certified, and explained to the staff that she is a service animal. Despite that, they refused to help me and wouldn’t even print my document because of my dog. This is discrimination and a complete violation of ADA rights. I’ve never had such treatment at any other UPS Store — truly unacceptable behavior.

    Do not use this store or their services!!! So I paid $16 to ship a package. The package is now being returned because of the address being incorrect after speaking with the Manager, he said “I’d listened and watch the security tapes and you did provide the wrong address “mind you I’ve lived at that address for years and had mail and packages delivered to that address for years without any issues, but he says that I gave the wrong address to where I used to live and where my family still lives so now I am out $16 and I have to resend the package. Luckily, the person I talk to who said they were a manager offered me the chance to resend it and pay for shipping again although I know I gave the correct address!! Just to add an update, the store manager Darrell just called me asking me to remove my review asking me to come look at the footage of me sending a package which one way or the other I should’ve been able to update the address which I was not able to do online or even went to the store and was told that they would update it there! But Darrell would not give me the option to try to speak at all was rude. Interrupted me. I do not know if Daryl is the owner of this store, but please if you do come to the store use caution Because you may get a phone call harassing you from Darrell if you leave a review that he does not like!! You would think that someone from UPS would call and try to fix the situation honestly if that would’ve tried to resolve the situation instead of arguing like a 6 year old kid i would have paid again and shipped it back out! But there was only conflict and aggressiveness in his tone and had no desire to resolve the situation!
