The person told me they couldn’t ship it out because the cardboard didn’t have a specific seal on it which I’ve never heard in my many years of shipping out items. I went across the street to FedEx, and they took care of me right away. When I explained to them the story of the seal not being on the cardboard they also had no idea what UPS was talking about.

The girl at the counter said my packing and shipping tape, which i had purchased from another ups store, wasnt "the right" tape, and i would need to "pay for tape", and that this was their new policy for amazon returns. She then proceeded to put 6" of tape right over top my tape, attached only to my preexisting tape. This is the scammiest ups store ive ever been to, avoid this location!!!
