This location is wonderful! All 3 people at the counter were eager to help combined with friendly greeting and conversation. What an unexpected surprise nowadays!! All of them were efficient and knowledgeable as I was filling out paperwork and got assistance from all. This type of helpfulness from people actually wanting to assist customers is a rare find especially adding that they were all extremely personable and FUN! Thanks so much!!!!

I was quoted $114 to ship a jacket with insurance from this UPS Store. When I hesitated, the employee told me that USPS would be even more expensive — around $282, which immediately raised red flags. That number seemed implausible, so I left and went to FedEx, where I shipped the exact same package — same destination, same delivery speed, same insurance — for $46. This location is clearly charging extreme franchise markups. There was no transparency that I was being quoted far above standard carrier rates; in fact, I was told this pricing was the “industry standard,” which it clearly is not. I strongly recommend anyone walk out and price-check elsewhere before paying. I will never ship from a UPS Store again.

I was here again today (12/29/25) and this has got to be the kindest, friendliest, most patient, while also being the most efficient group of individuals. Every time I come in to do returns I’m in awe of everyone I’m in contact with. Outstanding costumer service. Thank you all for the hard work you do, especially this time of year.

I visited this UPS Store on Smith Road multiple times to notarize a Power of Attorney for Copart (auto auction). Visit #1: I paid $15 to have the document notarized. Copart later rejected it due to a formatting issue (company name placement). Visit #2: I returned with the rejection email. I was clearly told by staff that since the rejection was due to a mistake, they would notarize the corrected form at no charge, which they did. Visit #3 (today): After Copart explained exactly how the form needed to be filled out, I returned again with the rejection email. A front-desk employee named Kevin immediately demanded another $15 and stated they “should have charged me the second time too,” contradicting what I was told the day before. His tone was rude and confrontational. When I asked for a manager, a woman who identified herself as Coco (C-O-C-O) came out and immediately accused me of being rude and told me to leave. There was no attempt to de-escalate, no listening, and no customer service. I was even threatened with the police for simply asking for help with a document I had already paid for. At one point, three employees were yelling at me at the same time. I remained there only to resolve a paperwork issue — not to argue. This was an extremely unprofessional and hostile experience. I understand notary fees, but changing policies mid-conversation, contradicting staff, and threatening customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if you need calm, professional document services.

Poor Experience - waited almost 30 minutes for customers to wrap their gifts in holiday wrapping paper before boxing it to mail, only for the employee to rush me through my returns. She wanted to charge me $5 to tape up my box, a threat I have NEVER received from this location when sending Amazon returns back. They've ALWAYS done this for free, which is a wonderful bonus to their customer service. This just seemed petty. The employee wrote their name on the previous customer's receipt and requested a review with her name in it; however, she did not ask me for a review or write her name on my receipt. She barely said a word, when I told her my transaction was complete and requested a receipt. I actually left with 3 separate receipts because she preemptively kept trying to end the transaction before we were finished. (The condescension and sarcasm in any response to a review of less than 5 stars is WILD, zero accountability or attempt to actually improve.) Update after Store Response: Of course I expect to wait longer during the holidays, but I expect to wait longer due to increased volume not inefficiency. The customers who were allowed to monopolize a register and associate for 30 minutes while they gift wrapped, boxed, and addressed their holiday packages should have been asked to step aside (at least for the gift wrap) and return to the register (without having to wait in line again) when they were ready to ship their packages. To clarify, I was not inconvenienced by the waste of paper. This was a detail that contributed to my feeling rushed. The associate was aware of the amount of returns from the start. They simply could have asked "anything else?" before printing a receipt, but as I previously mentioned, they barely said a word thoroughout the entire transaction - super unusual at this location where customer service is usually stellar. Finally, it may have always been policy to charge for tape; however, I've never been charged for tape in practice. This clarification, combined with the employee's attitude and the excessive $5 charge is what I referred to as "petty." Other reviews say $4 or $6, regardless - it's the principle.
