Enough civility to make Average IQ clients feel like they are respected. Enough sneers and quiet, sideways comments to show anyone with half a wit that they disrespect ya. Five stars. What else can you expect? It's as good as it gets.

I have returned Amazon packages here dozens of times over the past few years, and I always have a great experience. This is the kind of place where I wouldn't mind if I had to spend $ to buy a roll of tape for an unexpected "package yourself" return. The people behind the counter are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I feel like it has been the same ppl for the past couple of years, at least. Hopefully that speaks to good management!

I’ve been coming here for the past year, I’ve always had a great experience. Exempt for today. Same employees, but I felt totally ignored. There was a long line for shipping. But, that’s ok that waste not my line today. As I stood at the Print Shop separate line/cashier. There was a gentleman already in line waiting. He turned around and said he would give me his place because he had been waiting for a while now. I said thank you and he left. Well, I stood there like an idiot for minutes. No greeting, nobody telling me anything. I decided to move to the longest line. When I finally got to the cashier, I asked the young girl , was I not in the correct line? She responded that there’s Only One Line. I told her, your signs are misleading then. She didn’t apologize, she only proceeded to ask what brought me in? To anyone visiting the location, make sure you stand in the ONE LINE that ends outside on the sidewalk. And, be ready to stand in 30° temps. Because, there’s three check stands, with misleading signs and arrows!

The UPS Store at Quebec Square is quite possibly the most pathetic excuse for a service business I’ve ever stepped foot in. It takes a special kind of shamelessness to run a shipping hub that treats a single strip of packing tape like a high-end luxury upgrade, but here we are. I walked in with a pre-paid label, only to be met with a staff that has apparently been trained to shake down customers for every literal cent. They actually had the audacity to demand a fee to tape a box shut. It’s not about the dollar amount; it’s about the absolute bottom-of-the-barrel 'nickel-and-diming' that defines this specific franchise. Most businesses value customer loyalty, but the management here would rather lose a client forever than 'sacrifice' three inches of adhesive. The energy in this store is miserable, the staff acts like you’re an inconvenience for existing, and the 'taping fee' is a predatory joke. It’s an embarrassing, low-rent cash grab that makes the entire UPS brand look like a scam. If you value your time, your money, or your dignity, stay far away from this location. Drive to literally any other shipping center in Denver unless you want to be invoiced for the air you breathe while standing in line. Absolute garbage.
