We went to the store on 11/10/2025 and was greeted and assisted by a young man who stated that he had only been working there for 2 weeks (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name). My complaint is not with him, he was pleasant and professional! My husband decided to get a bag of packing peanuts and the shelf price was labeled $3.99. When the young man asked the young woman he was working with, Kendra, what the price was she stated $5.99. My husband reiterated the posted price and she said “No, it’s $5.99, because it’s a dollar less than the bubble wrap” then tells the young man “$5.99, please”….. VERY rude and dismissive. When my husband asked where the $5.99 price was listed she said it wasn’t there Smh Please understand thats the $2 difference is not the big issue, her attitude and the dismissive way she dealt with us, is! We were even MORE disappointed to find out that she is one of the managers! She made no attempt to rectify the situation AT ALL! Very poor service on her part and a poor representation of how a member of “management” should handle customer service! My Husband and I do have other packages to ship before we fly out but it WILL NOT be at this UPS location.
