After nine days and an enormous amount of time on the phone, I filed a claim and got no information back, until an automated email 2/10/26 letting me know they were mailing me a check for about 1/8 the value of the contents, plus refunding the shipping cost.

After doing my own research on the UPS site, it appears I paid double what I should have for the two packages I shipped. When they reached their destination, they had signature requirements, for example, that were never requested at ship time. Certainly my fault for not doing my due diligence, but I was tired and just wanted to get the packages sent. Very disappointed in these business tactics. Will never ship from here again.
