They were nice enough to remove 1 of the charges for $30 total though everything I've found online about UPS store holding fees afterwards says $5 - which is the amount I was rung up for before the employee changed it. I checked their website, there was no way for me to have confirmed this holding fee rate beforehand. All this on an item that had free shipping. I've shipped countless packages to FedEx and never been charged.
