I had called them two days before and they assured me that they could hold a package for a day or two for a small $5/day fee. I only need this package held overnight or for a few hours until I can pick it up!!!! Now, I am going around in crazy circles calling FedEx and trying to contact the shipper to attempt to get the package to me vía FedEx!!!! UPS is AWFUL!!!!!
