- EGErin GallegosDec 21, 20251.0I had a large return yesterday.when I was trying to unload the box broke. I went in the store first to see if a dolly was available for use. It was covered with packages but no one was utilizing it. So I stood in line waiting to borrow the tape. I was going to tape the box and drag it in. I was told that I couldn’t take the tape outside. Like I would steal their tape. They suggested I can use the dolly. I was not about to touch some strangers packages that shouldn’t be just sitting there waiting to be shipped out. The he suggests that I go wait outside so they can help the other two people left in line. The guy said he’d bring. The tape out. Tape the box and carry it in for me. I say thank you and go wait outside. The line gets longer and longer and I’m outside for about 20 minutes. They totally forgot about me. So I drag the box in and it’s literally falling apart at this point. I am embarrassed and super upset at this point. Not one person offered to help as I was struggling. Then the employee looks at me and ask who is next in line he proceeds to tell me that he would take the box for free but next time they won’t do that and I told him the box was not this broken, but it is because they forgot about me. The employee that told me to go wait outside that he was waiting for me to come back and tell him I was ready instead of just saying I’m sorry I forgot about you. They were completely unprofessional and rude and I was mortified. Will not be going back to this location!

Even with a line at the door before they opened staff was so kind and helpful, even waved some fees for me seeing I was just printing one sheet. 10/10 come here for your shipping/printing needs!
