They dont have drivers that deliver to our neighborhood and my packages get held at this store every time someone ships something through them. Their excuse is there is too much package theft, but I have NEVER had that issue. If I wanted my package held at this store I'd set it up that way myself. This is just a way for them to save on delivery costs at the expensive of the customer which is total bullshit. I will never use this carrier again. If someone sends a package and it ends up here just keep it.

Walking inio this location, I was greeted by one of the owners and 2 associates. I do not remenber thier names. It was on 10/20/25 around 330 pm. Everyone was helpful, and kind, on a difficut day for me. I also need to say everyone was knowledgeable, even someone new that was being trained. I have never experienced anything but professionlism at this location ( owners and employees). I had been at this location last year, and it was great then also. I started going to this location, when it was started back in 2014 in the Green Valley Ranch area, on Tower Road and GVR blvd. AWESOME SERVICE! Lke always. Keep it up. I have to say in life, whether at work, school, shopping, if you treat others well, you are likely to experience the same. I can sayI have seen too many people lacking manners, and at times entitled to the point that these individuals disrespect anyone.
- DHDee HOct 25, 20251.0I went in here to ship something back to Amazon that I had a label for, and they told me they were going to charge me $3.50, to print ONE LABEL. They didn't ask to try to scan my label to double check or offer any kind of assistance. I walked right out the door and went to the location on Colorado Blvd. It was $2 there, and once they scanned it they said that I wouldn't need to pay anything (which I wasn't expecting). I won't be coming back to this location. Try the location on Colorado Blvd, MUCH nicer staff.
