You are wasting your time. I went in here to ship back a simple item to Amazon and these ladies in here acted like it was the end of the world that I wanted them to box up what I had. They advised me to go to Home Depot like it was just a normal thing to send business away. Then the lady had the nerve to argue with me about her not doing her own job. Well so you know you cannot ship things at home depot, let alone want one of their moving boxes to ship material in. Therefore, lady with the curly hair and glasses, your teaching the younger employee you have there foul business and customer service practices. You should be ashamed of yourself. If the owner reads this you should can that lady! If lady you're in fact the owner, you should just lock the door and pack it in. You're sending business elsewhere over a shipping box. I'll give you just a couple months before your location is shut down or sold again. People if you value your money, time, and community this is not the place to go. Thank you. Update: I ended up at the ups store off of Bowles and Platte Canyon where I was met with a smile and a box. The ladies there were appauled by my experiences at the Hampden and I25 store. It took me going across town to get a simple Amazon return done. Therefore when I say if you value your time, do not got to the ups store off of Hampden and I25. Thanks again. Have an amazing day.
