    It takes two people to figure out how to cut and laminate one piece of paper while there’s 20 people in line? The employees don’t care about anything. The lack of efficiency is astounding.

    $5 plus tax for ONE print piece of paper. Then they still have the audacity to ask me if I want to donate! Can't wait for the day the UPS goes bankrupt.

    A terrible store. I had a QR code that included pre paid shipping, but their “QR system” was down. Instead of printing my label for free for me because their own system was broken, they charged me $5 to print a label to an already free and prepaid QR code return. I asked why I have to pay because their own system is broken, and nobody could figure it out. Eventually a manager came and very rudely said “We are not UPS, we are just a storefront. UPS has a QR system issue but we will still charge you because this is a UPS issue and we are not UPS”. Everybody in line left behind me. If this is “not UPS” then why did you accept my return and ship it via UPS after charging me $5? Just a terrible experience all around with a bunch of staff that has very little idea of what is even going on and is extremely rude when you ask even the smallest of questions to defend an unjust $5 up charge. Avoid this location at all costs, especially because they do not even identify as part of the UPS network

    Every time I go into the store, the line is super long sometimes I don’t mind waiting but today I was kinda a little irritated and the lady at the counter. I don’t know if she’s racist or what her problem is, but she antagonize the whole situation. she knew I was irritated. She wanted to get a reaction out of me. She was trying to put me down talking stuff, Even after I said thank you. I was walking out the door still running her mouth. She wouldn’t give me her name so I can report her to the owner. She said I don’t need to know her name so if you are the owner of this establishment, just know that your worker who is very unhappy with her job she acts like a robot and she antagonizes the situation when she knows someone’s irritated! So instead of saying sorry for the wait and being nice and helpful. No, she wants to run her mouth even when you’re walking out the door she still wants to run her mouth! Very poor poor poor Customer Service. Hopefully you have cameras there was another worker in there at the time so she can Vouch that your customer was walking out the door and your employee was still trying to antagonize me , As I waswalking Out the door!
