Trash. My road was closed just around my block and ups decided to skip me instead of walking 50 feet. Now I have to keep waiting for my package that was ALREADY delayed.

Their employees are extremely rude, they are always mad, get another job if you hate your job, every single emplpyee in that store are ALWAYS mean and angry. POOR customer service PLEASE hire people that know exactly what they're signing up for. Unacceptable!

Please get self service return kisoks! Waited in line for over 30 minutes and there were still 6 people in front of me and a lot of us waiting had simple returns.

I came in on Tuesday and had a horrible experience. I walked in and the lady with brown hair and glasses (she wasn’t wearing a name tag or else I’d put her name🙄) was on her phone when I came in and continued to be on her phone as I waited for service. When she finally called me over she was very standoffish and slow. I had a few Amazon returns which normally doesn’t take long if I’m with Mickey or Aubrey. But this girl took over 10 minutes to complete my three amazing returns! She didn’t make conversation and was very rude when I tried to start a conversation. The other girls at the store are very kind but this experience makes me second guess coming back to this store.
