I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experiences in the past and actually enjoyed going into the store because the workers were so friendly! About a month ago, maybe more, it seems that there was a full staff change. Every one clearly doesn’t want to be there - and pretty sure I’ve even seen (maybe the owner) snapping at workers while there’s a line out the door. Customer service has gone downhill, thankfully, I can just choose to go to another UPS.

- JHJoanne HillsJan 15, 20261.0Staff appears to have changed and its terrible- young woman was trying to get me to send my tax payment to the wrong address because she did not know how to "override the system" to input the correct address. She seemed to think whatever address was auto generating on her end would "just be ok". Guess who wears the tax penalty if my payment does not get to IRS on time though. I pointed that out to her and she suggested that "I sue her". Um ok... good luck with your business who-ever has taken this over and employed this person. You are going to need all the luck in the world with this attitude. Didn't catch the girls name she decided she did not need to provide me with that information when I asked her.
