    This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Do not do business with this company. Rarely do I go out of my way to leave a negative review for a business. The delivery drivers do not know anything, and there are no local representatives to ask questions to. It is very impersonal, if you have an issue, the customer service is terrible. You have to speak to someone in India who has to relay every question you have with someone from the company. Every phone call wastes 30 to 40 minutes of my time. I tried to cancel my account and it took them three months and numerous phone calls to get them to stop charging me for a dispenser that they picked up months earlier. This is not a business, it is a machine and you will get caught up in its cogs with no way out. Get your water from somewhere else.

    Update I was told to contact the email below and SURPRISE no answer back.! Meanwhile they still have not cancelled my account after requesting several times to cancel and was told it was cancelled in NOVEMBER. This company has definitely gone way down hill since the merger. I would give negative stars if I could. The change in name came with crappy service and missed deliveries but I was still charged for them. I have tried to cancel my account since November and some how it's still open even though my equipment was picked up and I have not gotten any deliveries since November. They just took money out of my account for items I have never gotten and still refuse to close my account. This place is a joke. Liars and thieves.

    They loaded me and i went TA near 3 miles i get overweighted more than 80,000 LBS 420 extra i went back with the scale tiket I gave me door unloaded and reloaded the some weight get green light went back to the shipping office and I asked how many weight you take it off and the short Mexican lady at the office told me we rearrange the load, and said what you mean this load isn't axle overweight it's limit overweight and even i don't have fuel my tank is most empty no we can take any pallet go back to the scale reweight and if it's overweight talk to your broker and bring unloading tiket else this your load you signed we can't touch you must take we didn't care. The whole day i was in between on door and in the way of TA and emailing the broker at 6:45 PM luckily I was unloaded, after the lady left and I checked in at 8:45 AM owner operator please don't waste your time if valuable your time. 👎👎👎 you will meet unprofessional.

    ZERO stars should be an option. There are clearly too many things wrong with our account and this company to list without this review being incredibly long. In summary, billing for services never rendered (for cleaning of water cooler, we were closed the date they said they were here). Skipping deliveries without notification. Delivering incorrect quantities. Numerous billing issues, charged for items never ordered or received. Chat function is a joke and of no help and customer service number is even worse. We will be certainly looking for a different service provider.
