    If I could give zero stars, that’s what you guys would deserve. Looks like we haven’t been the only ones with problems. We were charged for services we’ve never received. Just recently, we got an invoice from 12/1/25 - 12/31/25 on Monday and turn right around, got ANOTHER invoice from 12/5/25 - 1/4/26 on Tuesday! Clearly there are some major issues! I’ve called about 5 times trying to get refunds and each person has told me something different. It has taken almost a month and still we were told we had to wait longer. It also has been absolutely frustrating just to cancel the account! Being told I’ll get this discount and that refund, when now, I don’t believe you. I’ve been lied to multiple times and shame on me for giving you the benefit of doubt. I was finally able to get a cancellation confirmation email, but we will be talking to our bank to ensure that no more charges are made on our card. Terrible, terrible, terrible!! Save your wallets and DO NOT do business with this company!!

    Primo brands suck!!!! Customer service is a joke... Customer satisfaction score should have a negative value rating not a positive pump your kitty positive scoresonly don'treflecttrue Customerexperience... so done with A.I. So done with Primo... just like having to give a positive star to post this... you need a thumbs down rating scale... this is not a positive pump the kitty review.

    Since primo brands merged with ready fresh I’ve had issues with deliveries being delivered also they same amount of gallons NOT BEING DELIVERED, then them adding a new delivery and still the same issue not getting what I paid for and ordered! It’s absolutely horrible! I miss it just being ready fresh I’m look at another company!!

    Here we go again with rescheduled water deliveries, during your merger didnt have a water delivery for a month, and kept being lied to...its prioritized delivery you'll get it the scheduled date...4 times rescheduled same script read to me, then the supposed refund of delivery never happened every time I spoke to someone. Now today same thing guess we starting another month of reschedules and lies.

    I've been with Deep Rock water for over 20 yrs. After Primo/Fresh ready took over I've had nothing but issues, from being over charged, confirmed deliveries that did not happen, price increases without prior notification and more. I've had to call customer service monthly for the last 4 months and they've talked me into giving them another chance until todayI finally canceled my service. They are not worth your time or money. There are other better options. Stay away!!!
