    so i just received a text saying my water bottles have been delivered but i still have both empty 5 gallons sitting outside my door. i didn't know they deliver empty bottles of water after picking up the empty bottles i have sitting outside for them to pick up. this has happened to me 3 times since the merge of the company. i have called customer service numerous times which i had to wait over 40 minutes to get through and was told they will deliver new bottles within 3 days by which it actually took over a week to get delivered. sadly, after 7 long years of great service, i'm now cancelling my membership and have to look elsewhere for a better water delivery service...

    Needs ZERO stars. This is my second review of how appalling this telemarketer is. Yes, Ready Refresh is identified as a telemarketing company. Immediately after the merger with Primo, the service just fell off a cliff. Every single one of their "Customer Service" numbers lead to the same closed-loop auto-menu that does not provide any options other than "upgrade your service". It is nearly impossible to get to a live person. I closed my account in April because ReadyRefresh is abysmal. It took several hours of effort on my part to get a confirmation email from these scammers that stated that my account was closed. IN APRIL. Now, in October, I'm getting calls from them about unpaid/past due invoices from May. After I closed my account. I never received anything after I closed my account, so I don't know where they pulled this charge from. The idiot I spoke to about this was entirely unable to grasp that if I closed my account in April, (and they had come to collect the dispenser) there shouldn't be any charges from May. The math was too hard I guess. I have made a second complaint to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS "COMPANY". It's nothing but a scam and will give you nothing but grief, manufactured charges, and no path to resolution.

    Used them for work. Difficult to contact, inconsistent deliveries, and no notice of skipped deliveries because they are unable to deliver. We depend on these deliveries for our workflow, getting zero notice we won't be getting our regular delivery week after week is beyond frustrating.

    I've had nothing but problems with this company. From missed/canceled deliveries, not having my product on the delivery truck, and now making me pay for products they misdelivered.
