- RARyan A.Dec 11, 20251.0I was contacted by Violet Brown, an IT Recruiter at Insight Global, regarding a remote IT Service Desk Technician role with Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. Violet was polite, respectful, and communicated well throughout the initial stages of the process. She kept me updated and helped schedule an interview with two managers at Alliant. Unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn. I was scheduled for interviews twice, and both times the managers did not show up. I reached out to Violet, Insight Global, and the Alliant managers by email and phone, leaving multiple messages, but I never received any response or explanation from anyone involved. Because of this lack of follow-through and communication, I cannot recommend Insight Global at this time.
- RRRachelOct 5, 20251.0Seems to have used a bot "Amelia Jane" to enter a private group for therapists to highlight a job that would be great as a side hustle. When I reached out about it they refused to give direct information about the job and I had to ask multiple questions about it. When I finally got the information I wanted to think about the job. I thought about it and did research on the company, which came back to Insight Global, which i only discovered because that name was on the application form. When I went to message them back on Facebook to ask about the negative reviews and the fact they still hadn't given me a direct company that the job was for they had blocked me already. Seems like a scam company.

We had a productive initial conversation over the phone, discussing what type of positions I'd be interested in. Kyle sent me a link to the Insight Global job board and I responded, stating that I'd already applied to a few of the positions on their board that same day. Kyle responded and said "Sweet I'll reach out to the account managers now!" And that is the last I ever heard from him. It's been a month now and he has entirely ghosted me. I've sent a few "Hey just checking in, any updates?" Emails, and received no reply to any of them. Time is a valuable resource, and Insight Global has wasted mine.

They kept in constant contact with me through out the Onboarding process after I was offered the position. They both went above and beyond for me it seemed like. They worked hard from my view to get all the information needed for my employment verification and third party background check. With in two weeks I started my new position which two days into I am in love with my new role and teammates. The timing couldn’t be better and I look forward to a exciting career (not a job). By the way this is a real review and this all really happened (as I usually am suspicious of such good reviews when I read them). Obviously I highly recommend both Katie and Phil if you are looking to launch your career and have a good experience while doing so. Thank you both for all your hard work and dedication to MY career and future.
