She provided excellent customer service with a smile, not only to me but to everyone in the store who needed assistance. It was a very busy day, and she handled everything so professionally and kindly. She did a wonderful job, and I was truly pleased with the experience. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and helping people. Please, FedEx, recognize her outstanding work. My box was packed flawlessly and arrived at its destination without any issues.

Austin, Aaron, and Anthony all helped me at different times, so I wanted to make sure I called out their excellent customer service! But what I will also say is that while I was preparing my packages, I was listening to customer after customer interacting with the whole team, and the conversations were nothing but friendly and warm. It’s not every day you have this experience at a ship center during the busiest time of the year. This team and location has a whole is doing an incredible job.
