    Sent envelope via FedEx Priority Overnight service, but was delivered 3 days later. Went to the store for refund, but was told to call the 800 number. The store had no problem collecting my payment, but refused to issue a refund and directed me to some automated telephone system. Waste of time and inconvenient.

    I had an urgent need that the 2 men working tonight were able to accommodate when they didn’t have to. Because they took the time to care and went above and beyond, they made a bigger difference than they could know, and not just for myself. Thank you for having compassionate workers!

    Horrible customer service! The man with short black hair that was working tonight had zero customer service for me he profiled me and instead of starting with were closing very soon he tried to ask me how I would be paying and when I responded he told me he couldn’t accept my form of payment which was cash and then tried to rush me along I was just stoping in for a soda waiting for my bus but he was so rude and back handed. I have a full time job and I pay for everything I have he needs to have respect for everyone of his customers smh

    I was promptly greeted by the staff and they were so nice and friendly, but it did take me about an hour to complete my print. I wish the process would be more simplified and easier. I don’t mind spending the money I spent about six dollars to print a few pieces of paper but it’s just trying to figure out the systems. I have MS and a brain injury so it seemed like the process was super complicated but I really did have a good experience. The staff is usually very helpful.
