  For some reason, this location regularly parks an empty FedEx truck directly in front of their store, blocking an entire lane on 15th Street during evening rush hour. With hazard lights flashing at a major intersection, traffic backs up for multiple blocks. Convenience, perhaps? On call for a potential shipping emergency? We may never know.

  Sent envelope via FedEx Priority Overnight service, but was delivered 3 days later. Went to the store for refund, but was told to call the 800 number. The store had no problem collecting my payment, but refused to issue a refund and directed me to some automated telephone system. Waste of time and inconvenient.
