  Tim was too aggressive and cocky, charging me a surcharge to run off two copies from a usb. I will not return here for any full service needs, I can get ripped off elsewhere. If they had decent machines that were maintained and had bold color, I would not have to use full-service. Tim was very much dedicated to overcharging me and letting me know he was in control but not giving me back my USB until I paid for the copies. I will not be treated like this by an overzealous Fed-Ex Kinko’s employee who is on a mini power-trip and thinks he is important. Keep my little $7, your store needs it more than I do!

  I should have quite a lot of products for work so I always come in with way too much stuff and it’s all very heavy, but the staff were friendly & accommodating even for some of my particularly OCD requests and I am very happy with the quality and speed of the service provided

  I just needed a quick print job done because my printer at home died. The lovely lady with the blue hair, (whose name I didn’t catch and now I feel like a jerk) got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Easiest and most straightforward errand today. Thanks y’all. I do appreciate it.
