Thieves. I had two returns with different labels going to the same place. One of the guys at the FedEx store said I could send both returns in the same package with one label and put the other label inside the box with all the return items. But he didn’t tape the box in front of me. When I got the refund, it was only for one of the return labels. I made a complaint and explained what FedEx had done, so the company I was returning items for said they would have to run an audit for that return to verify if I indeed sent two returns or only one. They ran the audit and only one of the returns got there. So the second one that the guy “recommended” to send together stayed at FedEx and I don’t have nothing on how to prove it. The receipt they had given to me only included one return label and I did not double check it when they handed it to me. They took advantage of my inexperience and the fact I trusted them for advice. I lost 80 usd which is the value of the return that someone at this FedEx facility grabbed for themselves.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had high hopes because they’re supposed to be a print center, but my first experience printing a simple one page job was terrible.
I submitted the job through their online portal, just a one page sheet for a hard book jacket cover. I called them after I submitted it, to talk to a team member and make sure they knew what I wanted.
Later on, I didn’t even get notification that the job was complete. I called again and they said oh yea it’s ready.
When I arrived to pick it up, the guy at the front handed it to me and it was blurry and horrible. They blew it up large that it compromised the quality. It was not legible I couldn’t even use it.
Then, he didn’t even offer a solution or try to problem solve with me, he simply put it in the table, said here you go, it’s $26 are you paying with card? I politely said, yes I’ll pay with my card but I’m wondering, what can I do next time to prevent it from printing this blurry? This is a promo item used for an important book release photoshoot. He responded by saying, just pick “poster” print online. And said okay I can do that, what kind of paper should I choose, what dimensions? Because I wanted to use the same exact dimension they went with just reload the image. He said just put whatever it tells you online. Which make no sense because it tells you 5 different dimension choices online for posters. I noticed how he wasn’t trying to solve anything with me or help inform me, just was staring at me to wait for me to pay and get out of there. I paid reluctantly, even when I wasn’t happy. Still thanked him and left.
When I got home I was proactive tried to resubmit the print job in “poster” format as he instructed. But it gave me various options I wasn’t sure about just as I suspected it would. I called the branch to ask for guidance. The phone call was worse than the in person reaction.
He said just do what it says. I tried to communicate exactly how I needed it to be and asked how to go about it and he just ummm’d and uhhh’d. I expressed I just want to resubmit it correctly because I don’t want to return to pick it up and pay another $26, making it over $50 and still not have the print job I need. He didn’t care.
I told him what the site was telling me, he said he never used the online print site before and that they never see that side of it. It was as if they weren’t professional print people. I accepted what he said and tried to do it myself, I asked if he could look on his system to see my previous order, guide me, so I can figure out what to choose, he couldn’t care less. I asked, isn’t this what you guys do? I don’t understand. He seemed to be uncomfortable with printing questions and didn’t care. I ended up wasting my money here, but what was more upsetting is how he didn’t care just wanted me to pay and be happy with what I got. No solutions, no trouble shooting or problems solving.
I ended up submitting my order at Office Depot, where they were competent and on top of their game. They were also cheaper. They knew just what I needed and helped saved the day.
