Address is correct and had been shipped to before by this company. Now I have to wait because of work and am receiving this significantly later because no one has opened the center and they are closed Sundays.

I went there last week to mail some very very imp papers and forgot my file there, didnt realize that i lost my file until a week later. When i called Le'asia answered and even recognized that she had helped me a week earlier. She checked and my file was safe in their lost and found. When i went there to pick up my file and mail something else., Analicia took care of me and Matthew helped her add some imp details to me shipping address. It was almost 6.30 and Frank the delivery guy was there to pick up shipment but he waited for my package even though it was time for him to leave. I have never had such a positive experience at any other mailing place. I hope this review gets to the people who can give them all brownie points and a raise for exceptional customer service
