Tonight l received 2 family heirloom oil paintings by my artist/Uncle, shipped from Melbourne Australia to Denver Colorado, on time, intact and with great delivery service to my apartment.   The staff are regular liars who misrepresent the store’s open/close times, the delivery drivers will not make an attempt to deliver your package, and their online/phone system is atrocious and it’s near-impossible to work with This is a summary of my experiences with this business. If you have any alternate choices, do NOT use DHL

  Lost my package I’ve been waiting on for almost 3 months. Every time I reached out I got a “we will call you by x:xx” and never get a response. The third request for info they finally told me they sent it to Amazon and can’t get it back. I called Amazon and the have no record of DHL trying to retrieve the package and told me if they reach out they will work with DHL to get it back to the. When I told this to Ken at DHL he brushed me off and told me they already tried. When I asked him to try again I was told no. I’m not sure why he responded to my review but doesn’t even want to try and help.
