- TTThomas TongSep 21, 20201.0very disappointed with the service, as I am just trying to ask a few question and to figure out what is the best way to have my package deliver. The "General Delivery" was on the package and yet they didn't hold the shipment for the customer to pick up, instead already return it to sender(me) within two days being in Crestone. Two times (two shipment) this has happened already. The lady on the phone cut me off and hang up twice, refused to listen to my simple question about how would she like general delivery be written on the package and if my customer can visit the office to figure out what is the best method for the delivery. She simply refused to listen or help with the matter. She couldn't even answer me if my customer can go to the office to talk to her to figure this out. Instead, She pretended she couldn't hear me speaking and refused to help in any ways, then hang up the phone. I feel very helpless and hopeless from this.
