  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, which made the whole process quick and stress free. Overall incredible customer service and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area who needs shipping, printing, or notary services!!

  I hate going into this place. Every time it's something else with the staff. This time I went with my wife to get a medical release form notarized. I had the misfortune of going in there while Dan was working. Dan refused to notarize our document because the document was in Spanish. I tried to explain to him that a UPS store worker who took a 3- hour course to become a notary doesn't make him qualified to be able to understand a medical release even if it were in English, but he still refused. I suspect he has some bias towards Latinos, as after I left I looked on the CO Secratary of State website and it says there clear as day that a document doesn't have to be in a language you can understand in order to notarize it. I called back and asked Dan to pass a message to the owner so I could file a complaint, but after a month and a half still haven't heard back. Now instead of just letting them know that Dan should go through some retraining, I have to file a complaint with the Secretary of State. Next time I'll go down the hill to the UPS Store in Littleton. That place is great.

  Wow, I've been told that this store has some of the worst customer service and I didn't experience it until today. I was asking questions about shipping with Amazon and they acted like I was an idiot and the women helping me kept getting interrupted by the other who was NOT helping me. Then I had to pay for an extra box when originally my items were shipped in 1 unit and I was told I had to pay for 8 inches of tape. I'm stunned how unprofessional they were. This store is lucky that Amazon forced me to walk into this store to return my items. I will not be going willingly for shipping or print. There is a reason why this store has a reputation.

  First of all this is the BEST UPS store! Great employees fast and efficient service. What people don't realize is that Amazon returns have very descriptive instructions that can be read by a 3rd grader. Some returns you dont have to do anything and other ones you have to pack yourself and tape yourself. I'm mean let's be honest when you recieve a package isnt it taped up and ready to be shipped?!?! So why not have it package up and taped to ship it back, common sense people!! All these bad reviews are from people who clearly don't know how to read and follow simple instructions. Keep up the great work, ALL OF YOU ARE AMAZING!!
