  Peter. I’m sorry that I was such a nuisance and annoying customer that needed some information and help. You made it perfectly clear that is how you viewed me by being rude, dismissive and even a bit hostile As a teacher, I’d been coming to the store over many years and never encountered what I did. And as a general manager, you let your employee see your behavior. I’ll be doing my stuff down the hill from now on. The lady next to me got the same treatment. She said she was going to write a review as well. Hope she does. I’d rather not get a response. Thank you.

  Avoid at all costs, use UPS or the library, or drive down the hill for any printing needs if you can. There was an extremely rude employee in the print center recently. I had printed a one page word document since our printer was down, it was one document, one simple page, printed and on the counter when I went in. I sent the order at 8am, and went into pick it up at 1. I was the only customer at print center. I was rudely lectured that I hasn’t paid for express printing so even though it was ready and there I should wait until 4:30 to pick up or pay for express printing next time and this will be the only time they will accommodate me. Maybe it’s store policy and not his fault, which is fine, but this isn’t usually how Staples treats their customers or how half way decent and capable humans interact in public. His tone was terrible, and it seemed even though he was just standing there doing nothing he was annoyed to be bothered. He could have handled it more professionally, instead of acting like a five year old. No offense to five year olds, most five year olds would be better at this job than this employee.

  Went in for a simple amazon drop off. Lady behind the desk was one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. I was next in line and she kept doing her thing at her computer without acknowledging me once. After 5 minutes I politely asked if this is where I do Amazon drop off. After being ignored for so long and asking such a simple question, she responded with irritation and hate, so much so that I had to tell her not to be rude. I don’t often leave reviews but sweet Jesus, someone get this lady out of the store before she has an aneurism.

  I cannot say enough about Peter at this store, he was so helpful with our passports photos and Tyson was also very helpful.
