  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, which made the whole process quick and stress free. Overall incredible customer service and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area who needs shipping, printing, or notary services!!

  I hate going into this place. Every time it's something else with the staff. This time I went with my wife to get a medical release form notarized. I had the misfortune of going in there while Dan was working. Dan refused to notarize our document because the document was in Spanish. I tried to explain to him that a UPS store worker who took a 3- hour course to become a notary doesn't make him qualified to be able to understand a medical release even if it were in English, but he still refused. I suspect he has some bias towards Latinos, as after I left I looked on the CO Secratary of State website and it says there clear as day that a document doesn't have to be in a language you can understand in order to notarize it. I called back and asked Dan to pass a message to the owner so I could file a complaint, but after a month and a half still haven't heard back. Now instead of just letting them know that Dan should go through some retraining, I have to file a complaint with the Secretary of State. Next time I'll go down the hill to the UPS Store in Littleton. That place is great.

  Dropped off a small laptop to return to Amazon. They charged me $22 for a cardboard box to ship it. Avoid this place and use Staples instead!

  I have been coming here for a long time. Everyone is always so helpful especially Sam and I've never had a problem with any packages.
