The post office worker is constantly changing hours but will not post it on the Google site for accurate hour changes. We leave our house at 7 am for work each morning and get home around 6 and the post office hours are 9:30-1:30 Monday-Friday or 10:00-11:30 on Saturday. So the only times we are able to go get our mail that is too big for boxes is on my lunch break. Half the time when I do go the hours have changed and there’s just a paper notice inside the building so I’ve wasted my lunch break not getting anything to eat and not even getting my packages. It’s a 20 minute drive from my house to the post office so we cannot drive down there every single day to see if the hours have changed on a dime again. Recently we had a package arriving on Saturday, some new work boots for my boyfriend that we paid to have expedited because his other ones are completely unwearable. They said they were delivered and we drove to the post office and arrived at 10 am sharp, the stated opening time on Saturdays. Only to discover that the hours were changed to 8-10. So now not only does my boyfriend not have boots to wear to work on Monday without spending another outrageous amount for boots at the store that will only last a week, but we paid $50 to have a package expedited for no reason. They either need to be more diligent in updating hours on the Google site or hire more people so they can be open at consistent times because we have been dealing with this for two years and it just progressively keeps getting more inconvenient.
