- KBKimberley BlosserOct 30, 20251.0I work for a home builder and needed to call on behalf of one of our new homeowner's because they needed to obtain their mailbox key. The homeowner has already been into the office to request the key and was told by the clerk assisting him that they did not have the keys to that subdivision because the builder had not brought them in yet. This subdivision has over 30 current homes with people living in them anywhere from weeks to 3 years. The post office has had no issues giving the other homeowner's their mailbox keys. I have called the phone number on the Google listing which is NOT Clifton, CO and was given the direct line to Clifton, CO. I called the direct line over 10 times this morning and no one answers the phone. This station used to be one of the best in the valley, now not so much.

Perhaps this post office needs to hire more workers and make sure new workers learn how to properly deal with the public that helps pay their salaries.
