    I am usually super gracious with poor customer service, but this was a wild experience. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and told me i was the worst customer ever. A few people on my way out apologized to me after because i was kind to her and simply needed help understanding why my package had been returned to the post office instead of at my house and they watched how unkind she was. Truly in a bit of shock at how i was treated. My guess is I was just the recipient of her frustration and anger pent up about other things, but left honestly just pretty disappointed in humanity and how unkind we are as people. I really hope whatever was going on for her gets better but it left a really negative experience at this post office and I will probably intentionally stay far away.

    I have tried and tried to talk to someone about the fact that 3 days in a row packages that were supposed to be delivered and supposedly scanned at drop off did not happen all my wife's birthday gifts my sons birthday gifts which was today and my daughter's who's in a week did not make it here I have video footage of the entire street I was outside waiting just to ensure they wouldn't get stolen first day claimed it was scanned at 5:40pm that was a lie next day next few packages supposedly scanned at 6:06 pm that was a lie and later that night I get a notification one was scanned at 6:02 pm obviously b.s I confronted the driver the next day literally waited all day out side and when seen they left quick kinda fishy I was told that the normal guy on our route would be back the next day and you know what its so crazy every package that was scanned was actually delivered I dont know what legal procedure I can go thru but I plan on making legal action if I must you can't tell me the 3 days that jewelry and electronics are being delivered they get missed delivered 3 days in a row. These were stolen I have spent a total of 5 hrs calling the numbers provided to either be hung up on or never getting past the AI message system the insurance provided doesn't even begin to cover the cost of the packages I need to speak with the postmaster or higher and I'm getting absolutely no where i have everything logged every item every video and false claim drops please someone do your job and contact me back

    The worst location! Insanely slow, spending at least 30-40 minutes in a line in order to be assisted. Most of the time only one employee is at the desk and takes forever to assist. Phones have no connections whatsoever, SOS calls only. Terrible! Never again 👎🏼

    I go to the drop off drive thru to drop off a simple letter. The box is completely full and if I wanted to, I could have grabbed 15 letters that protruding from the box! I turned around and parked and went inside only to find that the two inside drop boxes are locked closed and about twenty people standing in line. This place is always packed and understaffed.
