Specifically, the associate in the printing department exhibited unhelpful and discourteous behavior. We anticipated assistance with our printing requirements, but she immediately dismissed our request without fully understanding our needs. Furthermore, she declined to process our order just three minutes before closing, despite the fact that the store was still open and the transaction would have taken minimal time. We went today and were asked to leave 2 minutes before closing time. The lady came to close the door as we were walking in.

Every single time I've come in that guy has gone out of his way to walk over to me to see if I need anything and has deliberately walked around to help me find the items I might need because I don't know that store layout at all. I'm sure he does that for every person that walks into that building and I just wanted to give recognition where it was due. The store prices are great, the atmosphere is fine, but to be honest the staff members here are why I enjoy this store. Brett deserves a gold star and a promotion bro. That guy rocks
