It was the actual drivers license on the app. I think that it’s 2026 almost and it’s time to get with the times cause that was very inconvenient.

They SHOWED me competitive pricing, ASKED questions, EXPLAINED politely and patiently, OFFERED options, DISPLAYED a can-do attitude and CONFIRMED my project, EXCEEDED my expectations earlier than I expected. They know service with a smile. After a bad experience at another FedEx Office location… they shined and did their jobs like true professionals. Don’t leave your very important tasks to amateurs. Glad to reward them for outstanding customer service! My husband’s 60th birthday was a hit! Our quests were amazed at the results and I didn’t hesitate recommending Denise and Li! Way to go ladies!
