- JAJohn AtkinsMar 13, 20262.03 points to make 1 - packages are often marked as delivered in mailbox and are infact not there. This is so common that I have come to expect it. I shouldn't have to expect that. 2 - door deliveries are almost always tossed from 5 feet away. Granted this has not caused damage to a package yet but its only matter of time. 3 - Inside the post office the folks there have always been great but I rarely do that so it does not out weigh the complaints I have with local delivery.

On the delivery day, when the package was meant to be out for delivery, I suddenly received a message saying it had been “forwarded” because the address was incorrect, even though it was perfectly correct. They didn’t tell me anything else, not where the package was or what I was supposed to do. I tried calling hundreds of times and no one answered or offered any solutions. When I finally managed to speak to a real person instead of a robot, they told me there was nothing I could do, that it would arrive in 5–8 business days, and that if it hadn’t arrived by then I would have to contact an investigator to help locate the package. Horrible experience, they don’t know how to organize themselves or help customers, they don’t provide solutions, just more problems. A complete waste of time and money. What a disappointment.
