  I had to listen to an employee getting really frustrated with an older customer that obviously didn't speak english as a native language. Her solution was to say the same thing to her but louder and more angry. I was soo hard to watch that I left and went to UPS. I hope nobody speaks to my grandma like that or it would be a whole different can of worms shes opening.

  JJ was absolutely delightful, professional and exceptionally helpful! Not only did he help me with my package but I forgot my wallet and he kept it safe for me until I came back to pick it up. I can’t thank him enough!

  I’ve always received fantastic customer service from this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. JJ the store manager is fantastic and recently assisted me with a rush project that turned out great. I won’t take my printing needs anywhere else, thank you!
