It will say delivered but then it's still in their system as still there but can't be found. Even if it's by third party employees, they don't care if your stuff gets lost or stolen. Maybe need to have a police investigation on this it's that bad!

Filled out the application at the post office that is not the "warehouse". Nice lady took my application, reviewed my driver's license, and the deed transferring ownership and told me to wait for a call from someone to come pick up my key. That was in August. I haven't been able to get my mail for almost two months now. Can't vote, can't get mail from kids' school. Nothing. Went up to the post office they call "the warehouse" post office, the one with the buzzer that doesn't work and told me that my mail application was never received. Both of the post offices here are terrible. I hate this experience. I'm not even mad anymore, I just want my mail key and to move on with my life.
