    The worst shipping experience of my life. I ordered some clothes that were supposedly going to arrive within five days. On the delivery day, when the package was meant to be out for delivery, I suddenly received a message saying it had been “forwarded” because the address was incorrect, even though it was perfectly correct. They didn’t tell me anything else, not where the package was or what I was supposed to do. I tried calling hundreds of times and no one answered or offered any solutions. When I finally managed to speak to a real person instead of a robot, they told me there was nothing I could do, that it would arrive in 5–8 business days, and that if it hadn’t arrived by then I would have to contact an investigator to help locate the package. Horrible experience, they don’t know how to organize themselves or help customers, they don’t provide solutions, just more problems. A complete waste of time and money. What a disappointment.

    These people simply do not care about the service they are meant to provide. Our carrier regularly flat out lies about attempting deliveries and we have to go here to get our packages that we have paid for home delivery. We have put in complaints and absolutely nothing has been done about it. And, when you bring it up to the staff here they dismiss you and tell you to put in a complaint online. Staff needs to be reminded "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds"

    Go anywhere else. You will spend a minimum of 35min waiting in line. Bonus points for the self service kiosk being out of service
