I pick the phone back up to finish my call while she was on the computer. As I’m leaving she starts raising her voice at me and telling me how rude I am. Dropping F bombs and making fun of the situation with other customers. Pretty wild interaction and far from professional. I rarely leave bad reviews but my god was this warranted. USPS DO BETTER

I understand it's a busy job but, you signed up for it. Try to treat people well, even if you are in a pissed off mood. Over the past month since my incident, I have used other post offices in the area & they are all great!
