  I went in with many different sizes of paper that I needed to have copied for tax purposes; they helped me copy everything and make sure everything was in order and all with a smile and a sense of humor! I love these guys!

  We stopped into the UPS Store on a whim, hoping we could ship our ski gear from Colorado to Massachusetts before a multi-day journey filled with layovers due to the Nor’easter. We were in a rush to catch our first flight, and Diego couldn’t have been more helpful. He was friendly, proactive, and incredibly efficient — exactly what we needed in a stressful travel moment.
