We stopped into the UPS Store on a whim, hoping we could ship our ski gear from Colorado to Massachusetts before a multi-day journey filled with layovers due to the Nor’easter. We were in a rush to catch our first flight, and Diego couldn’t have been more helpful. He was friendly, proactive, and incredibly efficient — exactly what we needed in a stressful travel moment. Diego kept his communication prompt and clear, and thanks to his quick thinking, our trip went far more smoothly than it might have otherwise. We’re so grateful for his kindness and professionalism — it’s truly refreshing to come across people like Diego who go above and beyond to make someone’s day easier.

The manager of the store went above and beyond in helping me locate my package and redirect it to a new location. It was the kindness and customer service you only see in hallmark movies these days.
I use this location from time to time but has never failed. They are amazing at following up with you and if you called with an inquiry and they happen to run onto something they believe will solve your issue, they ll give you a call back, text updates, send receipt info to your phone and more.
As a business owner, specially in the Valley where we tend to get delays in shipping, UPS has been one of my trusted services.
All my shipments are always processed on time.
Thank you to everyone working at El Jebel location, you are all amazing!

Diego was extremely helping packing different sizes of art and making sure I got the best price and ETA possible.

I went in to print a few black-and-white pages and was charged $2.75 per page plus tax. At that price I assumed the paper was hand pressed by monks.
The employee also struggled to operate the computer, turning a 30 second task into a suspense thriller. No warning about pricing. No apology. Just a bill that suggested I had printed the Declaration of Independence.
If you enjoy surprise fees, premium pricing for prehistoric technology, and watching someone negotiate with a desktop computer, this is your place. Otherwise, your home printer, your office printer, your neighbor’s printer, or literally a quill and ink will serve you better.
Never again.
