- CDChelsea DupontJan 17, 20261.0If I could give a zero or negative star review I would. Twice now we have had to go to the post office to collect our package that they have deemed undeliverable. This last time we watched the person on our ring camera not even attempt to try to deliver our 8inch by 12 inch package. They already had the slip written up and proceed to stick it on our door . Not once did you ever see a package leave their vehicle. My husband was rightfully annoyed as it was a tool for work and they would not allow me to pick up the package for him during the week. The man that was working today and came up after the bell was rung was very rude and acted annoyed that my husband had come in at all. The people that work in this post office have always been awful and rude. In todays world why would you lie about not being able to deliver someone's mail and then proceed to get pissed off that the customer comes in hot because you are lazy.

- MPMaryJo PaigeDec 6, 20251.0I had to go into this location for my mail/packages twice now and have been helped by a woman with blonde/brown hair. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but the second time I figured out it, it is just how she is. She is rude, and lacked empathy. I am missing two packages now that have been “scanned as delivered at the address” per her words. One of said packages contained 12 Christmas presents for my family that is now no where to be found. With it being the holidays and with it being more than one package missing from two separate companies I would assume a simple “I’m sorry” would go a long way and maybe a smile. I was also told I need to bring in my rental agreement to change my address which I have never had to before, and have received mail at my new address before. Overall not a good experience.
