I like this US post office. It’s always clean, and I super appreciate how it’s open 24/7, so that I’m able to ship out my packages via the kiosk no matter what time of night!

This USPS office is amazing! Almost everything is in stock, and the personal working here is just great!
Sometimes when we send a package, we don’t realize the work behind it. I just want to say thank you to the staff that works here; my family and I appreciate your hard work. Thank you, Richard, for all the recommendations about my postage concerns.
And to the person who is reading this: please respect and be kind to our community postal office.

i’ve had a PO there for 16 yrs now. I’d rather gauge my eyes out than stand in line recently. Pretty sure this review will not get any of my documents there.
1) they put in ‘smart boxes’ instead of the old school key boxes - but guess what - they don’t use them. Total BS! It’s not the employees fault - i don’t think. They literally have these stupid smart boxes IN FRONT OF THE OLD BOXES taking up room. So you can’t use the key boxes so out useless smart boxes in front because, yeah, that makes sense. (for overflow or bigger packages)
2)I’ve have a signature ON FILE so that i don’t have to sign for packages. - Guess what? They don’t use that! I’ve had random paper signature leaflets in my box for signatures (not the certified orange ones) that I have signed, dropped back into the box-it’s 2 weeks later - and they still haven’t put it in my box or the new ‘smart boxes’.
Also - it’s a business P.o. box so I have tracking from clients and myself. Clients have shown that the documents have been delivered and yet nothing has actually gone into my box. One was shown on March 7. I checked March 8th. I didn’t get it into my box until the 13th.
The only positive thing is that the Postal Employees are super nice.

The efficiency of which they process address changes has much to be desired. Recommending diligent follow up to confirm address changes have been entered into the computer diligent. Follow up to make sure Staff is processing mail appropriately to the new address.

Not delivering mail is extremely illegal. It appears you do this regularly and I will find the right resources to file a complaint against this location.
