I have shipped legal documents out of this post office and they have lost two of the parcels within the last two months. I came today to request a refund for failure to deliver and they told me they only do refunds for express so if you do priority or certified mail and you pay for this service they aren't under any obligation to actually deliver your mail. Legal paperwork has deadlines. I am all for someone else taking over mail service. Defund the post office.

Nancy at the front desk is rude and unqualified for her job. Wouldn’t let me ship a package that the USPS website very clearly states I’m allowed to ship. The Hispanic women who works next to her screamed at me like a child for simply stating Nancy was wrong (Which I’m sorry Nancy you are :/). My package had a hazard label that supposedly HAD to be taken off in order to ship but the USPS website very clearly states that isn’t the case for standard ground shipping. Never had this problem in my life and I will never be back to this USPS again period.

An employee named Natalia who works behind the counter is extremely rude! When I was trying to explain something to her would not listen and was talking over me, when I tried to explain again she said “jeeze woman why are you giving me grief?” I said I’m not giving you grief I’m trying to explain something to you and you aren’t listening, another employee had to step in and ask what was going on because Natalia was annoyed and rolling her eyes at me, the other employee sent her to the back to take a break and apologized for her behavior, I then explained to her what I was trying to do and she walked me through the process and helped me out, she was very kind. Once everything was done she apologized again for Natalia’s behavior and said she would talk to her. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was very polite and helpful.
