When I was trying to explain something to her would not listen and was talking over me, when I tried to explain again she said “jeeze woman why are you giving me grief?” I said I’m not giving you grief I’m trying to explain something to you and you aren’t listening, another employee had to step in and ask what was going on because Natalia was annoyed and rolling her eyes at me, the other employee sent her to the back to take a break and apologized for her behavior, I then explained to her what I was trying to do and she walked me through the process and helped me out, she was very kind. Once everything was done she apologized again for Natalia’s behavior and said she would talk to her. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was very polite and helpful.

I arrived and we were 4, 20 minutes passed and we were 9.

She got mad and shouted “SERIOUSLY? COME ON MAN. Now I’m gunna get fired and it’s your fault!” I just wanted to ship a package and be on my way, not get yelled at by a miserable employee 😭

I came here to have my mail taken out of the box months ago (which an employee suggested,) and to have all future mail put on hold. I came to pick up my mail today, which there should have been months of and they have NOTHING. So not only did they not do what they offered to do for me, they didn't have any solution. What is the point of offering to do things you aren't going to do?? So months of my mail is either in the wrong hands or in the trash. Great work guys.
