    The male clerk who works here was basically yelling at a poor woman who didn’t speak English, and she was crying. How on earth do you not have some sort of translation service at a government building? This is disgraceful.

    Wow this is the rudest staff I've ever ran into at a post office. If we could of gone somewhere else for our passports we would of.

    4:30 Friday afternoon - arguably one of the busiest times of the week. Ten people in the line - one person on duty… If it were anyone other than Raj, we’d be here for even longer (he’s awesome). At least two other people in the back, Raj is out front on his own, doing his best with all these people.
