I got there a bit late, about five minutes before closing, which I know could have been frustrating for the employee. But honestly, MIAH was incredibly kind, helpful, and made my evening much better—something I don’t usually experience at the post office. I really recommend this UPS and hope you get Miah to assist you. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. Just a heads-up, though, try not to arrive right before closing. It can be a bit rude at any business! :)

Don't come to this store. They impose stupid fees that no other ups store has. $4 to print a single shipping label in black and white. So stupid and this owner should be ashamed of herself.

Ship your products with a different UPS store! It is very clear that the staff are not well trained. They over charged me by not cutting down a huge box, thus costing more than it should and then shipped all my Christmas presents in a $2 box instead of the almost $20 box we agreed on. My Christmas gifts arrived at their destination in rough condition based on the cheap box that was selected without my knowledge and showed up crushed. I have emailed the store twice now with no response. GO anywhere else but here.

They tried to charge an 87-year-old woman $4 just to print a single black-and-white return label for an Amazon package. One that Amazon was already paying them to ship back. She ended up calling someone who could print the label and bring it to the store for her. Even then, the clerk treated her so poorly that she was nearly in tears by the time she left.

This UPS store in Broomfield CO is absolutely amazing!! Tammy and Tiffany were so helpful and so friendly they brightened my day! Thank you, UPS for employing such amazing women! Oh, and PS they probably need a raise!
