They over charged me by not cutting down a huge box, thus costing more than it should and then shipped all my Christmas presents in a $2 box instead of the almost $20 box we agreed on. My Christmas gifts arrived at their destination in rough condition based on the cheap box that was selected without my knowledge and showed up crushed. I have emailed the store twice now with no response. GO anywhere else but here.

One that Amazon was already paying them to ship back. She ended up calling someone who could print the label and bring it to the store for her. Even then, the clerk treated her so poorly that she was nearly in tears by the time she left.
