Wish I never got my package to be delivered here, when everyone told me they close at 6pm. She had a horrible attitude and didn't care to help. When I was just literally coming up to get my package. Never again will do this.

I've had two(2) wonderful experiences with Kyrie, this Store Mgr; and she was TERRIFIC. This wk, I sent her 14 critical PDF files to print and I had them in the time frame and CONDITION that I asked for. Furthermore, Kyrie answers the phone like no one else: "Hello, what can I do for you today?!" >>WHAT a CONCEPT<< Kyrie understands the sense of urgency and quality results necessary for customers. I will continue to use FedEx @ this location **BECAUSE of Kyrie**. Thnx so much Kyrie. dk
- KAKrista AAug 7, 20251.0Dropped off sentimental items for my mother to be shipped. I asked them to box it and wrap it since the box that I brought was a bit too big. When my mom received the box, it had someone else’s belongings in it. When my mom tried to call the store to sort out the issue, the store associate said there was nothing they could do even though they were the ones who clearly mislabeled the boxes. Ridiculous.
