- KTKimberly TaguetApr 22, 20261.0I got notified that my package was delivered but when I went to my mail it wasn’t there; they gave me the wrong key to open the mail box. I decide to call them for the missing package and the man that answered told me that my husband called up earlier and that he sent someone to fix it; however he didn’t get back to my husband hence why I called back since we didn’t get any answers. His tone was rude and he made it seem like it was our fault that we didn’t get the package. Before I could even say anything else he ends the call. It’s frustrating to see how someone that works here acts as if the customers are the problem when they’re responsible for the deliveries.
