Horrible service!! I had over 600 dollars worth stolen from me. I received my package, opened and missing my stuff, when I confronted them they brushed me off both the employee and the manager!

These people are liars. I have a package being delivered to my house today the mail kid that delivers our mail on my street is terrible, I'm constantly getting my neighbors mail and vice versa. My tracking says that my package was delivered at 11:28 a.m. my camera shows him delivering my mail at 11:32. So he dropped my package off on somebody else's porch. I called them to try to get it sorted out and the dude on the phone straight up lies to me and says that he was going to have the other guy come out and try to go to the house he delivered it to. USPS has not been on my street again after that so that was a blatant lie. Then he told me he can give me the address where it was delivered but the guy went back and the people at that house said that all of the packages were there. Then he said that the package was delivered nowhere near my street and he can give me the address to where it was delivered. I told him how could he be nowhere near my street when my package was supposedly delivered a few minutes before he showed up to my house, he obviously dropped it off at the wrong house, it's not the fact that they made the mistake it's the fact that unwilling to fix it and LIE.

Thank you Mike!! This is the local post office my mail has to go to before it’s delivered to my home. I like most of us have had poor experiences at usps before but today really pleasantly surprised me. I paid for a very important piece of mail to be overnighted but the sender chose the wrong type of mailing option & my mail was not going to reach me in time! It was a very stressful situation because it was having a big impact on my finances. I went to this location right when they opened this morning and Mike went out of his way to help me intercept the envelope & retrieve it directly. He was very kind & considerate. It was the kind of interaction we all hope for when dealing with a very concerning situation. I highly recommend this place.
