    The manager Ryan was less than ideal and extremely rude and condescendin! At ALL COSTS AVOID THIS PLACE! They want to say they aren’t UPS so they can act how ever they see fit!! Hands down I would fire this manager ASAP!!

    Over the past nine years, this UPS store has been my go-to destination for various services, and I have been consistently treated like family since my initial visit. Notably, from my second interaction with the staff, they have remembered my name, showcasing their commitment to personalized service. In 2018, after being involved in a car accident, they graciously accommodated my needs by holding onto my mail and packages until I could arrange for pickup. Moreover, during my recovery , they kindly carried my packages out to the car for me. I have also leveraged their expertise in notary services, printing services, and packing services. I intend to retain my mailbox at this location and enthusiastically endorse this store to my friends and colleagues

    You are not allowed to pick a package up for someone else (wife same last name). I had tracking number and ID and they would not allow me to pick it up. The employee said good dont come back after he would not give me my package. I find that odd, like they are trying to steal packages.
