She looked annoyed as I was trying to explain that the barcodes emailed didn’t match one of my returns. She also charged me $2 for two small pieces of tape to seal my box. Customer service goes a long way and little things like will for sure make me go somewhere else next time I have shipping needs.

He was rude and belligerent. He interrupted me, argued with me, and ultimately threatened to refuse me service because I was asking questions about what had changed. My past experiences with this store have always been great. I recommend everyone avoid working with Stephen if you have a choice, unless you want to deal with aggression and rudeness. He is heavy set with dark brown hair and glasses. 2 more things: 1) I am almost 65. 2) He knew I was crying and did not change his demeanor or apologize for his behavior.
