- ACAmanda Comiski2 days ago1.0There was a woman this morning having issues with her packages and told the one employee to help other people and he literally said “this is Breckenridge, these people are used to lines.” She told him 2 other times that she would take a while to get her stuff in order and he said “I’m here 10.5 hours, these people can wait, I’m in no rush”. Honestly so disrespectful to the line that was 5 people deep at this point. Thankful to the employee in the back who eventually popped up to do my quick scan for a return.

She looked annoyed as I was trying to explain that the barcodes emailed didn’t match one of my returns. She also charged me $2 for two small pieces of tape to seal my box. Customer service goes a long way and little things like will for sure make me go somewhere else next time I have shipping needs.

- ETEllen TembyNov 26, 20251.0I had an extremely unpleasant interaction today with Stephen when I was trying to use a specific service offered to me in this store in the past, which led to me finishing the transaction in tears. He was rude and belligerent. He interrupted me, argued with me, and ultimately threatened to refuse me service because I was asking questions about what had changed. My past experiences with this store have always been great. I recommend everyone avoid working with Stephen if you have a choice, unless you want to deal with aggression and rudeness. He is heavy set with dark brown hair and glasses. 2 more things: 1) I am almost 65. 2) He knew I was crying and did not change his demeanor or apologize for his behavior.
