  My first time at this location. There was one gentleman working who was swamped! He was so professional, polite, and quick! Even though he was very busy he made sure to take care of every person patiently and efficiently with a smile! This is customer service at its finest🙌🏼

  I went to this UPS Store to ask for help with a package that was marked delivered but signed by someone else. The tracking shows a completely different name, and the value of the package is about 700$. Instead of checking the pickup record or trying to help resolve the issue, the employee simply told me to call the UPS customer service number and did not attempt to assist in any way. Unfortunately, that phone number just leads to an automated loop and does not connect you to the local store or driver. It was frustrating because this could likely have been resolved quickly by checking the pickup log or ID record in the store. I expected at least some effort to help investigate a misdelivered package.
